Bass

  • All New Hampshire Fish and Game regulations for a “Bass Tournament” will be adhered to.
  • The 2019 Moore Dam Fishing Tournament is permitted for Bass Tournament rules.
  • There is a 15” minimum length to weigh a bass.
  • The weight of the bass will determine the place in prize.
  • The greater length of the bass will determine any ties.
  • No dead bass will be weighed or considered for any prize. Conservation of our limited resource is our goal.

Northern Pike

  • All New Hampshire Fish and Game regulations will be adhered to regarding Northern Pike.
  • There is a 28” minimum length to be considered for a prize. Length only will be considered.
  • The weight of the Pike is not necessary.
  • “NORTHERN PIKE ONLY” will be a catch, measure length with exclusive daily ID card present in photo, then release.
  • Only a photo containing all elements clearly visible will be considered for a prize.
  • There will be no Northern Pike weighed or measured at the Tournament Weigh Station.
  • If you plan to compete in the Northern Pike Category you must pick up a date specific ID card before you start to fish on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the tournament. Pike ID cards are date specific and will be available at the Official Weigh Station.
  • The photo must have within it: (all three below)
    1. The entire Live Northern Pike.
    2. The measuring tape must have all graduations plainly visible, laid over the fish from tip of the nose to the fork in the tail. We recommend a soft measuring tape. No “homemade” measuring devices will be accepted.
    3. The official Daily Pike Identification Card.
  • All 3 above elements must be completely visible in the photo. The decision to accept or deny a photo entry is the responsibility of the Tournament Director or Designate. (If a Participant submits the same photo in an attempt to claim multiple prizes for the same fish, the Participant and all in his boats party will be immediately disqualified for the entire Tournament.)
  • A single photo containing all of the elements enumerated above will be presented to the Official Weigh Staff by text message, email, or in person to be considered for a prize. The phone number to send text messages will be on the Pike ID Card.
  • All Northern Pike will be released alive so please expedite the measuring process to decrease stress on the fish.
  • In the event of a tie, the first photo presented to the weigh station officials via email, text or in person, of the fish caught on that tournament day will win the tie.
  • All Northern Pike entries must be presented to Tournament Staff the same day caught by the close of the tournament day caught. If a Participant does not have the ability to send the qualifying photo via text or email may present the photo to the Tournament Director on the specific day caught and an arrangement will be considered.
  • We at the NGCRC in cooperation with the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department are enacting these measures to preserve one of the finest Northern Pike Fisheries in our state. We want our kids and grandkids to have the same amazing opportunity as we do now.
